A half days work near Carlisle took me through the lakes so I had to have a look around to see if there were any shots to be had.

I liked this arrangement of old posts from a long gone pier but the afternoon light did it no favours.

Next morning the light was better but the sky less interesting.

That’s just the way it goes sometimes.
